A surprisingly large amount of users do not click through Google search results on their smartphones, according to a survey by Semrush.
More users click search results on desktop computers compared to mobile phones. In terms of search types, images are by far the most popular on mobile.
On desktop, 25.6% of searches result in “zero clicks,” according to the report. In terms of user behavior, this can mean a variety of things, but let’s start with the worst-case scenario: these “zero clicks” mean that the user found the answer on the Google Search Engine Results Pages and never went to a website.
The fact that Google provides URL-less content in the form of direct answers suggests that it is responding to a new demand for accessibility, says Semrush.
The average smartphone user pays 6.6 seconds of attention to mobile ads that cover 80% of the screen, according to a report by Yahoo and OMD Worldwide.

That’s because customers now have a deadline, they need their order to arrive at the right time. If they are not certain the product will get to them on time, they will look somewhere else, until they find the place that ships it as fast as possible.

The overall delivery time of a package is a sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
The processing time is the time it takes to process an order and ship it.
Each supplier has a different processing time, so it is up to your responsibility to choose the right supplier in an attempt to delay the delivery time as little as possible.
Supplier location
The process of shipping is getting a package from point A to point B. the farther away the points are from each other, the longer it will take for the package to reach its destination.
If the main audience you’re selling to is in the USA but your supplier is in China, you are dramatically extending your shipping time.

Following a spectacular crash earlier this year, the crypto industry’s most popular tokens have gone to sleep, implying that amateur investors have lost interest in the once thrilling asset class and large funds have decided to stay away, reported the Financial Times on Friday.

According to a report in the Search Engine Journal, Meta’s Brand Rights Protection service is being updated with improved search capability, allowing businesses and brands to search by picture. The tool will find different sorts of material using that image, such as postings on Facebook and Instagram.
Businesses can report content using their intellectual property without authorization, leading Meta to investigate and remove the infringing content.
This new search feature is part of a series of enhancements to Meta’s Brand Rights Protection service, which is only available to firms with registered trademarks.
The tool will now allow brands to search and report on Facebook Pages, profiles, groups, and Instagram accounts.
According to Google Trends, the search term NFT (non-fungible tokens) and the topic of Cryptocurrency are trending downward.

Grid recently ran an article titled: “Is the NFT boom over? What CNN dropping out says about the future of the Web3 product.”
The article states: “As recently as this summer, these digital files — properly known as non-fungible tokens — were trading for hundreds of thousands of dollars. This could be a case of the shiny object syndrome, an ongoing belief that something new is worth pursuing and comes at the expense of existing plans. It is like a child that always wants a new toy.
The CEO of one of the world’s top air cargo handlers dismissed the dismal global trade forecast, stating that the growth of e-commerce and increased demand for speedier delivery are pushing a long-term trend toward delivering products by plane.
“Because of e-commerce . . . there’s definitely a shift that is structural, that is permanent,” Worldwide Flight Services chief executive Craig Smyth told the Financial Times.

Online shopping deliveries now account for one-fifth of all freight moved by WFS in several parts of the world.
Smyth sees the recent slowdown in world trade as “temporary,” according to the report. He admitted that WFS was beginning to feel the effects of consumers cutting back on spending and that profits in the second half of 2022 are projected to be flat compared to the previous year. However, he emphasized that the company’s long-term outlook was positive.
A third of US adults indicated they will travel this holiday season, while another quarter said they are likely to do so.
According to data in September from the Out of Home Advertising Association of America, 34% of US adults plan to travel this upcoming holiday season. Another 25% said they would probably travel, and 41% answered no.

Here are some examples of upsells and quantity discounts that won’t work at all:
Offering totally random products on the sale page or after purchase – You must remember that you’re not Amazon so don’t expect people to go on a shopping spree in your store. If you offer a different product as an upsell, it must have some sort of connection to the one you’re already selling. If there’s no connection you’re just prolonging the purchase process and you may even end up losing a sale.
Offering products that are too complicated – Even if there’s a real connection between the products, sometimes the product you offer is a bit too complicated and it takes time to actually understand what it is all about. It’s best to offer a simple product instead of one with many features or styles. This way you don’t risk it with customers checking out your other product and forgetting why they clicked on your store in the first place.
Offering quantity discounts when there’s absolutely no need for more – There are products out there where buying one is more than enough so quantity discounts in this case won’t work at all. You’ll just take valuable space from your product description feed and prolong the purchase process.
And if you’re not sure about it, it would be better to not offer anything at all. The customer is never lost and you can sell him more stuff later with email marketing and other methods.
Remember that it’s much easier to sell again to an existing customer than getting a new one.
