According to Meta’s third-quarter earnings, time spent on Facebook and Instagram increased by 7% and 6%, respectively.
“It’s just incredible growth considering how much time people are already spending on these platforms,” said Insider Intelligence/eMarketer analyst Jasmine Enberg.
Now that its core business has been established, Meta can focus on tech-powered innovation, new revenue sources, and responding to global data legislation.
According to Insider Intelligence/eMarketer, WhatsApp Business will generate $718.4 million globally in 2024, representing a 24.5% increase year on year, as the app introduces new payment, booking, and commerce options.
