Cyber Five, the five days between Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday, remains an attraction for buyers searching for holiday deals. According to Salsify, 62% of buyers expect to spend on Black Friday.
Cyber Five’s percentage of overall e-commerce sales has decreased from the 20.0% peak in 2019. This year, we expect Cyber Five to account for 15.7% of holiday e-commerce sales, totaling $42.66 billion in the United States.
According to EMarketer’s February 2024 forecast, US holiday retail and e-commerce sales will total $1.372 trillion this year.
