Nearly four in ten (38%) Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) worldwide believe content creation and optimization are the areas where generative AI can be most applied and integrated, reported EMarketer.
According to data from YouGov and the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism at the University of Oxford, adults worldwide believe generative AI will have the greatest impact over the next five years on social media companies (72%), search engine companies (71%), the news media, and scientists (both 66%).
Generative AI alleviates the stress of content creation: Hootsuite reports that 61% of marketers utilize AI for social media to minimize staff workloads, 86% use it to edit, and polish text and 82% write ad copy from scratch.
